Remittance information

  • After the remittance, please inform the remittance date, the last five codes of the account number, and the remittance amount by Line, telephone or text message, so as to facilitate the inquiry of the payment for you.

  • If you need to modify the number of occupants or rooms, please inform us in advance.

Accommodation Notice

1.進房時間:16:00 開始 ★入住20分鐘前,請事先電話連絡,會先請現場服務人員到場 避免旅客在外等侯 現場入住服務最晚到21:00 如到達時間會超過請事先告知並匯清尾款,改以智能入住方式服務我們會告知您大門密碼和其他客房的智能房卡所在位置,感謝您。 2.退房時間:翌日上午12:00以前 ★退房時,請務必交還房卡、關閉冷氣、電器用品電源。 ★如需延後退房請事先告知,逾時半小時以1小時計,每小時加收$1000,因一天只接一組客人請儘量準時退房。 3.入住時請出示身分證件,以供登記。 4.入住人數或房間數若有增加請於入住前如實告知,以供民宿準備盥洗備品並請於入住前匯款或傳刷補齊差額。 ​5.室內全面禁煙本民宿適用煙害防治法,全棟室內嚴禁吸煙,違者罰5000元。 6.客人可攜帶寵物入住, 攜帶寵物須遵守愛寵守則:寵物需自備糧食尿布尿墊,不能上沙發&床鋪、不能隨意亂大小便,若經管 家發現可能會再多斟收清潔費用,請愛犬務必管理及遵守,如是大型犬請務必自備籠子或牽繩等。 7.本民宿禁止一切轟趴、搖頭、吸毒等不正當活動,如經發現一律報警驅離,住房費一律不退還。 8.廚房用具免費使用,使用後請物歸原位,請愛護勿破壞,,若有損毀需照價賠償。 9.續住房間如需打掃,個人貴重物品請自行妥善保管,如有遺失的情況發生,本民宿概不負賠償責任。 10.續住房客,民宿不主動提供更換毛巾或浴巾,需更換請主動告知。 11.十點過後請勿喧嘩保持輕聲細語,以免影響到鄰居的安寧。 12.屋內物品請愛惜勿破壞,退房時若經發現損壞或遺失需照價賠償。 13.勿在房間內使用瓦斯爐或電磁爐等危險物品。

Cancellation Policy

1. The cancellation date is free of charge 14 days before the reservation date, and 100% of the paid deposit will be refunded
2. The cancellation date is 10 to 13 days before the reservation date, 70% of the deposit paid will be refunded
3. The cancellation date is 7 days to 9 days before the reservation date, 50% of the paid deposit will be refunded
4. The cancellation date is 4 to 6 days before the reservation date, 40% of the paid deposit will be refunded
5. The cancellation date is 2 to 3 days before the scheduled accommodation, 30% of the paid deposit will be refunded
6. If the cancellation date is 1 day before the reservation date, 20% of the paid deposit will be refunded
7. The deposit paid will not be refunded if the cancellation date is on the day of accommodation or if you do not check in as scheduled

​Notice rules

  • Can the guesthouse have barbecue?
    Sorry, because the management department has not yet planned the barbecue venue and specifications, so the barbecue is temporarily closed
  • Are pets allowed?
    The homestay welcomes pets and charges 500 yuan/day for hairy children. Cleaning fee (subject to on-site pet regulations) ※Pets must abide by the rules of pet love: pets need to bring their own food, diapers and pads, not on sofas & beds, and not free to urinate and urinate.If the family finds out that they may charge more cleaning fees, please be sure to manage and abide by the dog.
  • Can you park please?
    The homestay has no dedicated parking lot. There are many parking spaces nearby. 20 yuan/hour. Charge time: 9:00-21:00. There is a paid parking lot 93 meters away from the homestay. Yi Baoding Art and Culture Center can park for free. 950 meters away from Seaside Park. Free parking. You can park in the open spaces where there is no red line on the side of the lane.
  • Where can I eat nearby?

  • Can I add a quilt?
    Because the guest checks out, we will send the quilt to wash immediately, so an additional washing fee of 300 yuan / sheet will be charged. Sorry for the inconvenience.
